I recently discovered annotation (https://hypothes.is/) - it allows me to write their comments to the words in the webpage and see them then I return to this page. Quite comfortable and free.
Here is my desktop reading workflow: I use feedly and getpocket. Then I use feedly I just open webpages and add some annotations with hypothesis if the article is good. Getpocket has a feature to save content of article, so sometimes I read in pocket and annotate hypothesis.
But I can't find similar mobile and offline solutions.
I know that there are programs from the category "research software" and "reference managers", and some of them have a mobile apps. I'm talking about http://www.papersapp.com/, http://www.mendeley.com/ and the like.
But in my opinion not quite fit, they are more focused on PDF files, and many also do not have the normal ways to annotate - only highlighting.
Here is workflow, which I think will be convenient
1. I add an article from the Internet
2. Service creates a simplified representation (as getpocket does)
3. I can sync this article with my mobile
4. I can make text annotations (highlight text and write comments)
5. Then I can sync it back somewhere to the Internet
I really tried to find something like this, maybe I looking at the wrong direction? Or maybe the problem is in my workflow?
