Hey. I wanted to do a quick poll to get your feedback. I recently saw a Heavybit podcast (see link to it below) where Sean Ellis, the guy who came up with the term "growth hacking" mentioned that the biggest predictor of growth is the # of experiments you run.
He mentions that Twitter on average runs 10 EXPERIMENTS A WEEK. Is that practical? At an early startup that's probably not feasible. That got me wondering what others are doing.
How many do growth experiments do you guys run in a week? We do about 2 - 3 a week max mostly via Optimizely.
