We must comply by either describing the steps we will take, or that we plan to use a sanction screening service.

Does anyone on HN have experience with this? Do you have any Sanction Screening vendor recommendations? Or do have any thoughts on factors to consider?

An in house solutions seems pretty easy. We're U.S. based and only provide digital content and services so that eliminates any physical shipping concerns. We can easily filter IP addresses, payee names, and addresses.

However, the issue seems to be more liability than capability, so perhaps a service can take on the liability more cost effectively then we could engineer it away.
