Does anyone here find the Android/Lenovo (LePad) announcement (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2366781,00.asp) to be curious in light of the recent agreement between Google and the Chinese Government? (http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5ioPgFfry30khmWIMEIkRGbDkbARQD9GRMGT00).
To be more blunt, has China given Google a leg up in its competition with Apple by fostering this relationship with Lenovo.
I'm not trying to suggest this is illegal or inappropriate -- though there is relevant debate to be had on those topics. I'm just noting the curious timing of the announcements relative to the players and their interests.
