Also we're looking to have basic legal docs drafted: NDA, Employee Contract (no equity just standard employment terms) - I have used the gov't resource http://www.ipo.gov.uk/ in the past but looking for something a bit more serious. Has anyone used a reasonably priced lawyer for these standard docs or know of any good template resources online? Thanks.
