I am looking for open source system for e-mail tickets.
So that everyone can send an e-mail to support@example.com and in the web-based software can browse and receive via imap and answer tickets via smtp
here is a problem, which system is used for receiving e-mails by IMAP and sending e-mails by SMTP?
PS. Every new ticket is saved to eg. mysql database.
