Are there any existing services that provide feedback from beta users live testing your website? Something like the defunct BetaPunch where testers would download a plugin and record their browser session while visiting your website. I'm currently trying usability.testing.exchange but this is more of a review website. I would like to see the experience recorded from the users perspective to spot usability issues and bugs.
