Ask HN: Why does Microsoft keep answers.microsoft.com up?5 pointsgtirloni4 years agoI have never seen any useful responses from so called "Microsoft Support" people. Why does Microsoft keep this up? Are they paying these people to give completely generic and irrelevant answers to customers?
