I'm working on a simple data exchange format, and seeking advice here about how best to standardize it so it's freely available to everyone worldwide.
For example, how to properly submit a request to Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA.org), or Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF.org), and proofread the Augmented Backus-Naur Form (ABNF).
The project is Unicode Separated Values (USV) and media type will be "text/usv".
