I'm sure many of you good folks have used these tools or any other alternative(please mention). What are the things that's stopping you from either paying or using these tools.

One thing that I would have loved to have is a custom subdomain URL hook. Ex: hn.example.com

I'd love to hear your thoughts. Also, do mention if there are other alternatives that you might be using.
