- marketing emails/newsletters (hubspot, customer.io, still mailchimp, others?) - transactional emails (resend now? or mailgun, mailjet, mandrill, sendgrid) - customer support/knowledge base (zendesk, intercom, but there must be someone emerging here) - sales (hubspot sales hub, salesforce (!), zoho, rolling the dice on the new ones?) - website/landing pages (tbh vercel + react/next.js is arguably easier than webflow, framer, wordpress these days)
Seems like there is value still to keep hubspot (etc) as the central db to connect all the apps in 1 spot - at least the core sales hub.
But after the first 90% off, when it drops to 50% it's over the top pricey. I am hearing of deals out there - ie Salesforce is offering up to 50% off these days, which is kinda "wow" after the past few years. But sfdc is too much pre-series A imo.
