A friend and I have been working on a tool designed to help IT and development teams automate the often tedious process of ticket creation. We’ve all been there—spending too much time manually creating incomplete tickets or lacking the necessary details. Our tool changes that by using a virtual assistant to generate tickets from a simple chat.
