BizBuySell and similar marketplaces are closed, opaque, and full of duplicates. So I built an open-source, auditable ledger of business-for-sale listings.
Every record is source-linked, timestamped, and verifiable. If a listing can't be traced to its original source, it doesn't exist.
Think Wikipedia/EDGAR/OpenStreetMap for economic assets that are actually for sale.
Curious: Is this a useful public primitive? What would you build on top of it?
