There are a lot of hacker schools for newbies. Yet to be seen the quality of developers they crank out. However, for existing programmers, there aren't a lot of options to learn new technologies aside from watching a bunch of tutorials and reading books. There needs to be a way to provide an integrated approach, especially for those who are constrained on time, like new hires who are looking to ramp up quickly.
