Tom Tunguz (VC @ Redpoint) was on the Growth Show Podcast this week and talked about the two piece of advice he would give about growth to founders if he had to boil things down -- 1. get cash upfront 2. focus on customer success.
Anyone have experience switching to getting payment upfront? Or just advice on getting upfront payment in general?
What was that process like? Assuming it's tougher in the early days (and will vary for industries)
