I recently talked to many of our users (https://userium.com/), which included managers, marketers, designers, developers and testers, about user experience design.

Interestingly, many developers said that they would like to be more involved in giving UX ideas, but often feel ignored.

So I wanted to ask what is your experience, do you share UX ideas with your customer and team? If so, how?
