I'm helping out a startup that doesn't have a dedicated support team yet. They're handling all support issues via email and will need to soon move over to a Customer Support platform.
Currently I'm doing research on: ZenDesk, Desk.com, Help Scout, Helpjuice, and Groove.
• Does anyone have any experience in any of these or any others? • Do you like the tool you use? • Why do you like/dislike it? • How big is your team?
