It seems customers are delaying the transition due to the extensive planning and stress associated with migration, leading to a noticeable increase in server activity.
Meanwhile, our company is scheduled to migrate next weekend. Despite investing over 50 consultancy days and engaging in thorough internal planning, completing the migration of our projects and customizations poses a significant challenge. The migration of our relatively small CMDB/CMD asset dataset within the weekend timeframe seems unlikely. We are employing both vendor plugins and custom scripting, as Atlassian lacks a dedicated solution for asset migration.

Jira out of the box doesn't make your company suddenly more productive. Just like Office 365 doesn't magically work. You need good governance, administration / configuration and proper training to make it generate added value.
